I started Phi eco because I believe beauty care should make people feel better — not just look better. And for a significant part of our community, the traditional salon model was doing the opposite. It was creating stress, anxiety, and avoidance around something as basic as getting a haircut.
Creating a sensory-safe environment wasn't a business strategy. It was a decision rooted in the belief that everyone deserves access to a professional salon experience — on their own terms, in their own time, without having to mask, push through, or apologize for how they experience the world.
