Lacey was born and raised in a bunker underneath the Chernobyl nuclear power plant exclusion zone. She tunneled out with a plastic spoon, working endless nights for 17 years to get to the border of Poland to escape to freedom. Fortunately, the radioactive waste that seeped into the bunkers water supplies bestowed her with the power of x-ray vision and she decided to use her powers for good, sculpting hair cuts around the shape of each individual skull she encounters. 

After much treachery on the high seas, she somehow made it to the U.S. where she mysteriously finagled a cosmetology license from the American government in 2012, and decided to settle into a career as an undercover spy. I mean barber. 

She specializes in short hair, barbering, precision cutting and fantasy colors, mostly because they remind her of her nuclear waste homeland.

Her hobbies include decoding secret government transmissions, tunneling, using a telescope to spy on her neighbors, eating cheese and drinking wine.
